The price is the front of the stock. Ketmar reads the back.
Ketmar plugs into Claude so it can read SEC filings while you chat: insider trades, dividends and financials. Every answer links to the filing it came from.
Works inside Claude, including the free plan. Not ChatGPT yet.
A line goes up or down. It doesn't say who moved it.
I don't have access to real-time market data or SEC filings, so I can't tell you which insiders bought shares this week. My knowledge stops at my training cutoff.
To find recent insider purchases, you could search SEC EDGAR for Form 4 filings and look for transaction code "P", which marks an open-market purchase. Sites that aggregate Form 4 data can also help.

The biggest buy is a director at a regional bank, adding about $1.5M in one day. A good next question: "Has he bought before, and what happened after?"
The right side previews Ketmar's answer format using real SEC Form 4 open-market purchases (code P) pulled from EDGAR on Oct 22, 2026, trimmed to 3 rows. Ketmar is in build. Dollar values are shares times reported price.
EDGAR and OpenInsider are free and good at listing trades. Ketmar does the part they leave to you, inside your Claude chat.
| Free sites | Ketmar in Claude |
|---|---|
| A list of trades. You judge whether an insider is worth following. | Each insider's record after past buys, scored on the date each trade became public |
| Dividends on one site, insider trades on another | Dividend safety and insider activity in one answer |
| Tables you filter and sort yourself | You ask in plain English. Ketmar ranks the rows before Claude reads them. |
| You open each filing to check it | Every row carries its filing link, filing date and when it was last checked |
Everyone sees the same chart. The people who run a company have to report what they do with their own shares. That record is public, but it's spread across thousands of filings. Ketmar reads them so Claude can.
| The front | The back |
|---|---|
| Price and chart | Insider buys and sells, flagged when 3 or more insiders buy within 30 days |
| Headlines after the move | The latest filings and material events |
| A dividend yield with no context | Payout on earnings and on free cash flow, debt, next ex-date |
| Your AI's answer from its training data | Each insider's past record, scored on the dates trades became public |
Filtering and ranking happen on Ketmar's side, so Claude gets a short, sorted answer it can reason about.

Insider track records use the date a trade was made public, not the date it happened. That keeps backtests honest.
If a number isn't in the filings, you get "no data" and the reason. Ketmar never fills the gap with a zero or a guess.
Ask "how fresh is your data?" and Claude shows the last update for each source.
Most smart-money tools stop at US data. Asian filings are translated to English at ingestion, with the original kept.

House rules. We discuss what the filings show. Nobody from the team gives buy or sell calls or personal advice, and the team discloses any position in a stock it talks about.
Ketmar reports what filings disclose. Every tool tells Claude the same thing, so answers stay descriptive.
It's a standard way to give an AI assistant new tools. Once Ketmar is connected, Claude can look up filings in the middle of a conversation instead of answering from memory.

US insider trades and filings come from SEC EDGAR, the regulator's public database. Every row links to the filing it came from. Korea, Japan and Hong Kong will use their regulators' and exchanges' official sources.
Ketmar checks the official sources on a schedule, and every row shows when it was last checked. You can also ask Claude for the status of each source.
No. Ketmar reports what insiders and companies disclosed. It doesn't tell you what to buy or sell.
